Portland sends the #24 and #56 pick in this years draft and the worst of their second round picks in 2010 for Dallas' #22 pick. Why would Portland move up 2 spots? Word has it that Portland is eyeing Omri Casspi but Sacramento was lurking to be selecting him at #23.
